Grant Program Overview
The Base Ecosystem Fund is designed to support early-stage (pre-seed to seed) projects building on Base, a developer-friendly Ethereum L2. The fund will invest in projects across categories such as decentralized exchanges, lending protocols, gaming, NFTs, and more. Recipients of funding will get first access to new product features on Base, along with direct support from Base core developers and the ecosystem team. Base aims to help bootstrap a thriving onchain ecosystem by leveraging its low-cost, secure infrastructure and access to Coinbase's resources and user base.

Recipients will get direct support from the Base core development and ecosystem team members in the private Base developer Discord, with opportunities for marketing and networking within the ecosystem.
